Discovering hypnosis secrets changed the life of Milton Erickson and as result countless others who know realize the power of instant hypnosis.

This is why so many wish to learn to hypnotize and change their world for the good.

Currently the Ericksonian Hypnosis, is one technique that is followed my most hypnosis practitioners around the world and it is the brain child of Dr. Milton Hyland Erickson, MD who was born on the 5th of December 1901 in Aurum, Nevada.

This revolutionary scientist who understood the intricacies of the human brain and how it works was raised in Lowell, Wisconsin. Belonging to a family that constituted a lot of farmers, Dr. Erickson also aspired to be a farmer just like his father, however, fate dealt him a better hand thus making him the founding president of the Clinical Hypnosis Society.

Also making him a fellow member of the APA or the American Psychological Association, the American Psychopathological Association and the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Erickson was not only known to have found the Ericksonian hypnosis technique but also known to be the founding father of the NLP technique or the Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Dr. Erickson is one of the first known beneficiaries of the self-hypnosis technique. When Milton reached the age of 17 he was diagnosed to have critical polio and was told that he would die. But on the night on his death bed, Milton had a voluntary self hypnosis process that is believed to have not only cured him from his ailment but had also given him another chance to live.

Many people say that this self-hypnosis experience was what led him to become a master of hypnotherapy. They also state that he had used his life’s experience to find out new techniques and implement them.

Ericksonian Hypnosis is definitely different from the other “text-book” cases in the way the actual command is being delivered. In the former, hypnosis is undertaken with positive suggestion.

With his new technique, Erickson came to realize that his subjects actually processed and conceptualized a new task in the sub-conscious mind, thereby working on it and accepting it faster and also bringing about a change in their behavior faster.

The only problem that conventional hypnotic therapy faced was that, the same task was given to be performed as an order with negative reinforcement. Apart from just receiving an order, the subject was also ordered to relive a particular episode or recall an aspect of the memory and stop it from that very instant.

This is where conventional hypnosis failed since the mind was too fragile and unable to change by force.

Forbidden hypnosis secrets is dedicated to revealing the powerful truths behind instant hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the positive reinforcement you can experience as we learn to hypnotize and create change.
